May has been a busy month for me, as buyers rush to get in before the beach season starts. I have closed on 5 deals in the last few weeks, and my buyers are excited to make their second homes in Harbor Country.
I sold a 2 bedroom cottage with beach rights in Gowdy Shores to a couple from Chicago. They are getting married this weekend, and rushed to finalize this deal. They are excited to spend time in New Buffalo this summer, and they purchased right down the street from some good friends.
I sold a commercial space in downtown New Buffalo, right next to Stray Dog. This will be the location for Mooney's Ice Cream. It will be a wonderful option for that after dinner treat right in the heart of town. Make sure to stop by on your way to the beach for one of our legendary sunsets.
I sold a luxury townhome in the heart of Lakeside. This property was not even listed when I was approached by a buyer's agent that had a client looking for this specific property. I contacted the seller and arranged the deal. The buyer was downsizing from a larger home in The Preserve, but still wanted something new and luxurious.
