Market Report Indicates Steady Improvement For Harbor Country

These charts don't lie.  The Harbor Country real estate market has improved to the point where select segments can be designated Seller's Markets! 

View the charts for July 2010 through July 2012.  Pay close attention to the chart titled, Months of Inventory.  If I could filter the results to include only property within a short walk to a nice beach, the number would be significantly lower.
