May sales activity was very robust with units sold up 118% and dollar volume up over 185% from last year. REO bank owned sales were only 29% of sales, down from 46% in January. Year to date unit sales are up 27%, and YTD dollar volume is up 11%. My buyers took 3 homes under contract this past weekend, with one couple buying 2 homes.
