Real Estate Cycles Where Are We Now

All markets follow a cycle, and real estate is one of the most predictable. So, where are we now?

Check out this article posted in August of 2007, referring to another article posted in January of the same year.  It provides a good perspective from that time in our recent history.

Compare the charts in that article with the one posted above, to indicate where I believe we are today; just past the Point of Maximum Financial Opportunity.  My opinion is based on the decreasing inventory, shorter days on market, and rising prices.  Where do you think we are in the cycle?
