Under Contract Another Lakefront Property on Lake Michigan

A couple weeks ago (August 3rd), I posted an article titled Big Money Has Come Back To Harbor Country.

Well, the trend continues this week with a sales agreement executed for the most expensive vacant lot listed for sale in Harbor Country, listed for sale at $3,690,000.

I listed the property, owned by a loyal client who I represented during his acquisition of the property, on June 8th and 72 days later, the property is under contract.  Tems of the purchase will be announced on my weekly newsletter, as soon as the transaction is closed.
