I just sold this 4 bedroom vintage cottage at 9162 Pier St, in Lakeside MI. This cottage had 2 great things going for it charm and location. I really enjoyed working with the buyer on this deal. They had owned a home in the area in the past, and were knowledgable and realistic. I am sure they will have many years of enjoyment walking to the beach, and Chikaming Country Club.
They decided to use a Chicago lender, and ran into a few snags, as closing neared. Their closing was delayed about 1 week due to the lender not being ready to close.
