Three of the lower priced homes in New Buffalo's Riviera, just went under contract. Two of these were properties I blogged about numerous times. 11432 Marquette Dr, and 11854 Marquette Dr are both great offerings. I was able to get one of my buyers in on these, It always feels great to get one of my clients a great property. The other property is 11630 Prospect Dr, a fixer upper on the Galien River Marsh with wonderful views. A vacant lot in this neighborhood just closed at $480,000. There are some very nice vacant lots still available in this neighborhood.
