This client is also in the market to purchase a suitable lakefront home or lot. Their preferred location is Union Pier or Lakeside.
Criteria includes a low bluff with littoral beachfront, at least 1 acre, and a sense of privacy and seclusion not possible with the typical HOA lot. Price range is very open, but must be in line with market value. My clients have a very good understanding of market value and they are willing to pay a small premium for that "perfect" property meeting all their requirements.
